he has the power to keep you from getting shocked, AND escape from 2 cops. Apparently.
Pretty amazing though the guy didnt even flinch. I think he was able to slip away because the cops were just so stunned the tazer didnt do anything to him at all.

that was a dry stun, the prongs were not lodged in his body.
if it were an actual pronged taze, you cant escape it.
ive only seen one guy ALMOST fight through the taze, but he was high on PCP.
Everyone else drops like a brick.
