million dollars wont buy the house of my dreams. not even close. i guess i would get a s7, 1 corolla gts for track, 1 corolla gts for street/mtn, single turbo rx7, maybe a kit car? then invest the rest in commercial real estate

with taht 3 mil i'd buy 3 house next to each other.. 4-5 bed each.. then have my best friends live for free... well they'd pay for utilities...
with what i make now and no mortgage/car payments.. i'd be happy for rest of my life..

I'd buy a small house out in the country with a decent size plot of land. With the additional land, I'd build a bicycle velodrome and host cycling events there. Maybe Lance Armstrong will come and stay at my house while he's checking out the races. But he has to sleep on the couch cause it's a small place and I don't want permanent guests staying there, so ONE BEDROOM ONLY!
