This is too broad. It should be one food, not food from one country/region.

I would chose burritos. They are the perfect food.

there are tons of different type of chinese food.

anyone can eat chinese food all live, but i don't even think japanese people eats sushi everyday lol is just one part of the Japanese food.

I'm probably pick Chinese food. I remember backpacking through China last year and experiencing an amazing variety of food that we just don't see here. Besides the Southern Chinese Style which is more prevalent here, there all kinds of Northern and provincial Han styles of cuisines in China, then there were some very yummy Muslim dishes from central China, some very interesting Tibetan dishes near southern China, not to mention the obscure dishes from the minorities like the Naxi or the Mien.
