Don't ice cream trucks usually have signs that say "slow watch for children". And there it is the basis of the lawsuit. "I just wanted some ice cream and the driver ran into me" I guess recording the incident won't help the case...

Oh, I'm pretty sure we all know it is. Doesn't take long for us folks living in the Bay Area to see idiots of different colors/races.
