IC Hoses Installed

Just finished installing intercooler hoses I bought off zoeb (minus the tb hose). All I can say is F the bov hose clamp. Just needed to vent a bit. Picks to come of this and some other mods.

nope didn't get it. thought i had a sourvce on nazioc but no avail. mpj said they oculd get one, but at 4-6 weeks, I was itching to install seeing as how I got PnP intercooler pipes in the mail today from a person as well and even with the slight tear in my stock one. we'll see what happens.
oh man, and I have some upgraded sway bar mounts waiting to be installed. Guess the fun just never stops.

i cut the old bov hose, detatched some of the vacuum lines around it, swore a whole bunch, soaked the turbo inlet to hose connection in rubbing alcohol (good rubber lube), tried to plier it with several sets of smaller pliers, swore some more, busted a knuckle, finally got it with some pliers and had it slide around and up, then pinched it and pulled it off. I think the best bet would be to cut the clamp with a dremel and a cutting wheel or use some long 90 degree bend needle nose pliers.

I used a pair of bent needle nose pliers. I don't even remember why I bought the tool. I think it was because I thought it would be easier to use when pulling hooks out of fish. Anyway, it was still tough with the bent needle nose pliers. I hope that hose lasts forever because I put the stock clamp back on.
