I really wanted to go but I was up in the Pinecrest Lake area the whole weekend. Luckily I still got in a dam good amount of spirited driving Saturday and Sunday. Smashing on abandoned roads in Stanislaus forest ftw!!

 

It's hard to get to hammy from the North Bay with a blown motor... LOL.

 

That sucks! My fiance was visiting from LA and drove up to see me just fine. We went to hammy and everything is cool, but as we left he blew a head gasket and had to drive back to LA the very same night. Luckily it was a small enough leak that it allowed him to drive the distance.

 

+1 for problems driving back to LA

 

I got rear-ended driving my buddy's Mazdaspeed MX-5 the night before.

 

how would that keep you from going to hammy? That'll teach him not to buy a barbie car next time......

I didn't get to go because of stupid work, not that I asked for that weekend off over a month ahead of time or anything
