Not to be a dick, but... This is NOT about race. This IS about domestic environment and maybe some socioeconomic class and psyc. In order for this to be about race there would need to be black people from different areas with different levels of financial stability participating in the same kind of behavior. You also have no way of knowing whether or not this 7 year old is Middle American. Your package-deal bull **** will not fly here.
