Its not hard at all...just need a flathead to pop off the tabs at the bottom of the skirt and have to kinda pry the ones at the ends near the wheels just be careful when you do those. The ones at the end will look like you'll need a Phillips but don't bother, you'll be turning forever.

OH and save the little black washer things. they may stick to the side when you take of the skirts...you'll need them later
