So true on all accounts. Well, I have no proof of the first but since it's you, I will take your word for it.

A friend was visiting from Louisiana and insisted on driving when we went into SF once. He was sittin there just watching the cars whiz by not sure what to do, and he had to be demoted. We swapped drivers and were on our way. Just a whole different style, and it's rather fun for me especially in a car that handles ****ty roads and has good power.

Yes, parking is a dirty hooker unless you are in a Justy... you would be amazed where I can park that car. In 4WD you can drive right across grass as well.

There are so many fun intersections.. 14th/Church/Market used to own me when I would be trying to get from the mission to the sunset/haight in my SFNOOBZILLA days... Good times!

I swear, everyone drives like a ***** up here. Nobody has *****. It's a simple equation: just apply the rules of driving on LA freeways to driving on SF city streets.

But I did notice the other day, now that I have a quiet exhaust that jaywalking pedestrians that don't pay attention are likely to get flattened. They will check the street and see no cars for half a block and step out. They don't realize the zero to half-city-block potential of a stealth subaru. I scared the **** out of some guy with an ipod the other day. I saw him the entire way and he was never in any danger but the idiot was completely oblivious to me. It was worth the laugh.

So do I need a louder exhaust or just let Darwinism take it's course?

Man, I didn't realize there were so many of us in S.F. city proper now haha. Sounds like we need a meet at like J-town or something.

Oh, and that R32 is nice. I haven't seen a white one around before, only a gunmetal one.

yeah driving in SF would be the ultimate if you had a beater.
my favorite thing to do up 9th street is to get in the very right or left lanes at a red light (usually open since people are parked on the sides at certain times, and the rest of the lemmings sty in the center lanes) as i gain like 10 positions, then as the light turns green, mash the gas and get into the second lane before you hit the parked cars.

I'd go with population control... That way no money leaves your wallet, and... blood splats on ur door = JDM.. just be sure to hit them with the front right side of your car (takea sharp left b4 contact) to ensure the least amount of damage is done to ur vehicle. Then drop a ziploc half full of sugar infront of him to seal the case
