Chuck,

I'm finding that quite a few local cops, including the PLacer County Sheriff use the K band. In fact the only thing I pick up on KA now is Poncherello.

X though is totally useless, unless you want to know where the nearest grocery store/mini mall is!

One of those big, bright digital color advertisement screens down in the Bay Area (101S in Redwood City) trips the laser warning every time.

Maybe Ill turn my K band back on, just hate having falses. I've never seen a cop w/ K band, they're all on Ka here in Davis and down in Livermore. Thanks for the tip Mike

i have noticed that highway patrol uses a mixture of k band and ka band when you are out on the deserted highways
