If your all seasons are mud + snow rated you'll be fine. Just dont drive like a maniac.

pick up some cable chains...

use it as backup just in case your M&S doesnt cut it or CHP tells you chain up.

All seasons may be fine, but snow tires will give you the peace of mind that you deserve in such extreme conditions. That being said, [shameless plug] I'm selling my 2.5RS 6-spoke wheels with BFG Winter Slalom snow tires in 205-55-16, which clear 4-POT brakes. Plenty of tread left and do GREAT in the snow and ice [shameless plug].

I can vouch for Yin. Plus those rims look so damn good.

you should be fine with allseason tires. I'm riding around with straight summer tires here in Alaska and no problems whatsoever.

Buddy of mine went up on summer tires last year and lets just say not a bright idea. Just because of that i am also looking to either try and get a i-clubber to let me borrow their winter setup or buy some all-seasons. Don't mean to jack thread but i would be willing to compensate and leave collateral if someone is willing to lend me a winter setup.
