Angry I must be an idiot...

I can't get the replica STI mesh covers to fit right... the damn bracket never gets lined up and it gets bent when I try to fit the mounting screw. I know, I know, I shouldn't have bought replicrap. And now I broke off one of the damn tabs on the side. This is crap! Paid $85 from Gruppe-S... grumble...

We carry those... ours are real...

If you need brakets, we got some, maybe Joe is willing to part with a pair of them for a small fee.

it's not as much as being the brackets not right...the brackets are acutally in the right position, but it's just the fact that the screws are so short, u can't get them to go into that damn hole....i tried for over 40 minutes, then got pissed, and went to my screw container and just used a old screw which was the same except longer, and the thing went in right away.

ooo fog covers for kenley! yea what they're saying is right, the screws are in fact too short. I bought a set from G-S awhile ago and it took me awhile to figure them out too, then i realized that they fit pretty well, its just that the screws are too short.

that's what i did.. i also used a set of tweezer to re-align to braket and the hole. bend the bracket a bit if you have to and throw in some longer screws.
