i sure hope those guys working on my baby are taking care of her. This is the longest we've been apart since i bought her Dec 31 2002.
The guys tell me that they might not know what's wrong until Mon or Tues of next week. Then they'll order the parts etc... It looks like it's going to still be some time before i get her back.
But when i do get her back i'm still planning on having a drive March 14 (sunday) for al my driving friends. When that day comes i hope to see alot of you.

But in the mean time you've ot a sweet little honda to drive, right?
Abcense make the heart grow fonder?
You'll have your car back in no time.
I'll do sweep on the next drive. I am not sure I'll have all my little upgrades done by then.

i'm picking up the Honda Civic from Max tomorrow. Dude i can't wait. I had to work on Friday and had to ride my bike to where Christina was working. I'm just happy it wasn't raining. It was about 8 miles. which is much better than the 15 miles if i had gone all the way home. Sure 15 miles isn't anything. I use to bike it in my sleep. But it had been over a year since i had been on the bike.

Rich, I know just how you feel. When I blew up my RS, it had to wait damn near 6 months. Now that sucked. Being away from her makes you want her twice as much doesn't it. When you get her back, you will be jumping around like this bannana:banana:
The time will pass quick. Just hang in there bud....

thanks guys. But right now every day just drags no. I knew i would miss her but..........
qwk_wrx, sorry to hear about that.
I'm afraid that this week will turn into 2 then 3 maybe 4. You never know with these repairs. They said they put her on a flat bed truck and moved her to South San Francisco to some Subaru specialist. I told them i will only allow them to put Subie parts into her. No after-market crap. It would be one thing if they were helping to build a racing machine, but no they say that the car will be broght back to it's beauty before it was damaged. So we'll see

Max thank you so much for the use of the car. It's been along time since i've driven a Honda. They are fun little cars.
Hope you enjoy the beer
I spoke with Tim (gotwrx) via PM's and he said to say hi to everyone and that he "may" be out soon for one of our get togethers.
Thanks again

Hey Max i tried washing the car today.Man that paint has seen some better days. I even tried waxing parts of the car. It worked alittle bit, but not much. I may have to use a fine rubbing compound all over the body. And that place near the driver side front fender... Everytime i shot it with water more paint would come flying off.
I'm not complaining at all about the car. In fact i'm enjoying myself quite alot. Now lets just see how many stains i can get out of those carpets.
hey max, how was that English Porter? For $3.38 a bottle it better be good.
