i know this is the wrong section

but im looking for a pretty abrupt response. does anyone know if its possible to install a illuminated key ring on a 02 wrx?

Those weren't 2003 bugeyes were they? Because the 2003 had a lighted keyring stock.

It is most likely going to be a home-brew modification, as there probably aren't going to be any plug and play kits for it.

I would suggest going with some EL wire and using that to illuminate your key ring.

Is that really important to you? Seems almost trivial to me. Actually, totally trivial.

FYI, SGP isn't the bible or end all be all of Subaru wisdom.

well i was just wondering im not in a rush to do it or positive if i want to, but the tech forums don't usually get a lot of traffic..

Funny.. It's actually a really nice touch and the second reason I type "2003 WRX" in CL before I type "2002 WRX."

But.. That doesn't change the fact that the tech forums do not get a lot of traffic and if you want an answer fast BAIC is the way to go. Might not be the "right" answer but that's for another discussion.
