Emissions legal, but not sound. If your catless, and say in the Millbrae area, be prepared to be hassled. You can always get a silencer though

i'm not catless and i believe it's legal....but then exhausts do get louder when u run catless, making them illegal, but then running catless is illegal already so...u take your pick =]

removing the catalytic converter i believe 3 total...one in upipe, 2 in downpipe...

yes. do yourself a favor and goto scoobymods and read the tutorial. Its a simple install and will only take 30 min.

i installed a apexi' before. the only thing i didn't do was connect the a/f sensor....never knew how...it's actually pretty easy...but i never btohered with a/f sensor lol....

uhm...took me 30 minutes to do everything, including putting it back together, and checking the wires
