I found a store down the street from my work that sells these:










Haribo Fizzy Cola, AKA the best thing on earth! (In terms of sweets). You guys are probably familiar with the standard non-fizzy haribo cola, but the fizzy ones are much more rare... My only source of them was my family in Germany and Croatia... They'd ship them to me so it was a huge treat when I got them. I've tried looking for local stores for a loooong time now and haven't had any luck, well, that is until today! Ive ordered them online in the past, but they are expensive... The store had them for under $2 a bag... I bought every bag they had... and will continue to do so until I die of sugar poisoning! hahah... Okay, I wont go overboard, but I had to share my happiness!




PS: Of all the stores, it was at a Gas Station in Emeryville, right off Powell and Christie! That place carries a lot of rare candies and drinks! FTW!

There are other fizzy gummy cola candies out there that some candy shops carry, but they don't even come close to even holding a candle next to the Haribo colas

 

When I was a kid and lived in Germany my mom used to always have a candy dish filled with those raspberries! Any time I eat one I am brought back to the 80's and Germany... Soooo nostalgic because that have such a distinctive taste. Ahhhhh, meeeeeeeemmmories!

 

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that when I lived back in Germany my mom would work in a candy factory! They would make VERY high end candies, kinda like that show where the dude makes those crazy cakes, only instead of cakes they made candies... My dad used to bring me and my sister to visit my mom at work and we'd pig out on expensive *** candies... lol

 

Haribo FTW!!! The only time I've seen those was in this badass store in Wiesbaden that only dealt in gummy. It was this little hole in the wall store that was floor to ceiling gummy stuff in the little self-serve bins. They'd just charge you by weight. My wife's favorite is the little bags of mini gummy bears. They come in a larger bag and you just open the little bag and dump them all in your mouth at once.

Wiesbaden you say? my family was stationed there, i lived there for six years in the 80's

 

amazon.com has the fizzy cola bottles and just about every other gummi candy you could want.........AUTHENTIC HARIBO TOO...none of that bootleg Trolli+ etc junk

they have sales every now and then....like $12 shipped for 5 lbs, which is hella cheap if you know your Haribo.

i ordere a bunch of the fizzy colas, Haribo bears, and fruit salad a couple years ago and still have some of the fruit salad. lol
