Not to sound like an *** kissing dingle doucheberry, but honestly, BAIC really wouldn't be the same without Mike.
Mike not only is a vendor, but he's also a friend, one that has EARNED my trust and loyalty through hard work and integrity. Never has anyone went out a limb on so many occasions just to make me happy. Whether it's leaving a Christmas morning with his family just to drive down to his shop to give me a part that I needed, or satisfied my car needs on the scale that Mike has... on top of all that, he's been a great friend through all the years.
I've known Mikey since he first opened shop with the original MPJ, and I've seen him grow through hard work and dedication to his fellow car heathen. Mike isn't a business man first, he's a car enthusiast, then he's a friend second, and third he's a business man. It's a combination that only few have achieved, it's a fine balance that has earned him the title of the best of the best. If he ran for president, I'd elect him over any politician we have running at the moment.
There are very few others that are on the scale of GST's Mike, and we're all fortunate to have them in BAIC as well. The Subaru vendor capital of the nation is right here in our very own backyard, (GST, Speed Element, and LIC, and sorry if I'm forgetting anyone at the moment, you know who you are), and I'm damn proud to have watched them all grow through the years.
When people place business as their first priority, they are always destined to fail (Cough I-speed cough)
Anyway, here's a toast to the "Top Gun" of Subaru tuning shops. They really have changed the way this club has evolved. Back in 1999, and 2000, we had nothing in terms of tuners, now we have it all. *cheers*
/end emo babble. (This thread was created because of the help GST has provided for me over the past couple days, and they have gone out of their way more times than I can even count so they deserve praise from an old school member who has seen it all).

BUMP. Mike rocks! He helped me install my Access Port and showed me some of the cool features a couple months back. I look forward to the day he installs my exhaust & downpipe and tunes my baby.
Cheers to the Bay Area Suby Car Enthusiasts....You guys all rock. You made my transition into a man's world of fast, fun cars really easy and I have always felt very welcomed at events and shops.

A few years ago Mike posted an sti uppipe for sale...I pm'ed him to purchase it and make an apt. for an install. The very next day I get a call from him. He tells me that he just noticed a very significant crack in the uppipe, and he did not feel comfortable passing it on to a customer. Mike then goes on to tell me that he just got in a shipment of Helix uppipes and that he'd give me the same price as offered on the sti pipe because he felt bad about the whole thing. That put Mike as number one in my book! He is a stand up guy and truly does care about his customers.
Thank you Mike...keep doing what you do!!!!!!!!!!!

+1. I'd have a tough time putting what the "******" has done for me into words. He's a good friend, valuable resource, and a helluva drinkin' buddy. My hats off to Mike, Tommy, Mert, G-reg. I give my hat to Mike's wife for taking the risk and supporting him and his dream. Behind every good man is a great woman.

+1 for mike...awesome all around guy, from a tuner to a friend. hilarious remarks about anything. helped me get my subaru running and even offered to swing by my house to help out. not to mention that he even gave me rides back home when i would drop off my car for tunes/installs.
