I never knew they had they're own culture. It's Japan, of course they do. They're called "itasha" ("painmobile"). Never knew that.

2 years behind Japan on itasha ain't too bad. Too bad I don't have the money to do it though. 
I'd probably do some bosozoku kaido racer itasha mashup though hahahahah! Maybe feminize and moefy the guys from "Rokudenashi Blues" or something on the side of a slammed Toyota Cressida with 10 foot tall exhaust pipes and a 4 foot long whale fin spoiler hahahaha!
