They're making fun of old values like [their] Grandma's had. White skin means you aren't a worker bee and sit in a pretty house taking care of your furniture and never get banged up shins like a worker bee would, etc-etc-etc. The bit about leaving the table to use the bathroom even more so, old world meant no toilet paper until recent times. Grandma and Grandpa wiped with their, GASP! hands. So if you went to the loo and then ate or shook a hand you spread icky stuff.
The whole "They're Old and We're Cool[er]" bit meets playing w/ Barbie Dolls and some obscure S&M HandCuff reference?

D: It's a parody of a weird doujin, and considering that one of my very first videos as an amateur internet voice actress was a dub of the famous POMF panel from it, I figured I should make an homage to it :3 )
