Well haha i guess i should introduce myself. i just recently bought a 05 cgm wrx. and i am loving it. awd owns. but i really dont like how the transmission feels. guess im spoiled with my integra. here is the pic.

And yeah, the notchy transmission isn't the best part of the car, but it's REALLY easy to overlook that.

welcome...what clutch are you guys talking about? the wrx? my clutch aint notchy.

 

If you haven't tried it go to a car dealership and drive a used one, the Integra shifter feels very firm and easy to control. The smoothness of it is unbelievable compared to our cars. The Celica doesn't have quite the royal feel of the Integra but it's location and short throws are perfect for track driving and it is still way smoother than the WRX.

He's talking about the shifter - the WRX is notchy and rough compared to the Integra and the Celica GT--S

I would not trade in my WRX, >320 ft-lbs of torque notchy and all, for an Integra or a Celica, but they do have a much smoother shifting transmission.
