I told the judge that I dont own a mustang and that i have never owned a ford in my life.. I showed him my vehicle registration with my license plate number on it to prove that it was a mitsubishi and he said " He wrote down the wrong car doesnt matter you still did something wrong to be pulled over" so i couldnt do anything more about it.

there is a process with the DMV valled a "driving review", or something to that effect, in which you drive with a DMV employee, and they evaluate your driving habits (totally subjective), and they have the right to either deny your license or remove points from your record.

call DMV and talk to them, they will tell you about it.
