Angry i got my 04 back

ok i posted a while back how my check engine light came one. and car ran terrible and knocked. ok the said i bent a valve. they ordered the wrong head. then ordered mine. put it all together and guess what now it runs just the same. as it did when i brought it in. i talked to the mechanic and he said he could refuse my warrenty for driving it hard. is this true??? if so why in the F*** would the give me 1 year enrolment to the scca(sports car club of america) to go and race my car.

basicly i need help i need someone to talk to about warrenty stuff and where locally should i take it. besides Green valley or should i just raise a bs flag. i have no mods, but i do admit to driving my car at an above average pace. if i would have know this S*** was going to happen. i might have reconsidered buying a subaru. don't get me wrong i love the car but i am getting hosed. please help with any comments. and they said if the take apart and find it is another bent valve that they would void my warrenty and i would have to pay for the labor and parts. well over $3000 of work.

let me know what i should do.

Explain to them what happened. Your dealer is screwing you. How long have you had the car? Lemon?

yea the dealer is jacking you. It's hard to bend a valve unless you have engine work done. Regardless you will need to contact SOA and have this mess taken care of. If not you won't have a warrantied car and such. Also please let people know what dealer you went to so we can never go there again!

Adam I told to many times about green valley those monkeys dont know **** about ej20. Those dumb f's got me my 03 make sure you have your recipets from them cause they "forget" to input the info under your vin so it looks like you never had a car in for service. As for driving your car to hard thats bs since the ECU is like a f'n giant circuit breaker with sensors and cut offs
so that you can only drive it as hard as the ecu lets you.
I took my car to santa cruz subaru they got it done right the first time. Ask for Bruce.

PS kick yourself in the b a l l s for going to Green Valley in the first place. Miguel from across the way

If your car is stock and under warranty, you should have no problems at all from the dealer. I suggest bringing your car to Kevin or Robert at Carlsen in Redwood City.

hey mexicanpizza the tech said that i floated my valves and that caused them too bend. he says that the intake and exhaust valves hit each other. i mean realistically can that happen with no engine mods. oh and check this out the tech told me there should be no condition where i bring my rpm's over 5000 wtf is up with that. i understand not to do it while the valves get seated and all but i asked after 1000 miles if it would be ok. and he said i should never do it. oh well

lol @ 5000rpms.

Unless you were holding it at the rev-limiter just for fun ALL the time...this is totally a warranty issue. Good luck!
