I found LEGO's that the Mythbusters used for their giant lego ball!!!!! :D

so after that mythbusters a few weeks ago, i've been wanting to take a quick run over to this spot and see if i could find any lego's

here is the videos from the mythbusters show a few weeks ago where they rolled a huge ball of lego's down a hill, which happens to be a hill leading up to our Search and Rescue vehicle barn a the Dublin Sheriffs Office and behind the Santa Rita jail

I only found 5, and my buddy found 5 or so as well. I'm sure they did a easy cleanup with snow shovels or something since most of them fell on the road inside of the barriers they put up, but we were lucky and found some in the dirt on the left/right

some guys calimed they used 5,000,000 legos to build a ball the same size the mythbusters did with 1,000,000. and when they rolled it down the hill it hit a van doing no damage to the ball or the van.
they proved 1st there was no way these guys could have even gotten their hands on 5,000,000 legos. second 1,000,000 weighed like 3000lbs so their lego ball would have weighed 15000lbs. third, it never made it down the hill. it crumbled before it got halfway down.

I never understood why people obsessed over celebrities and their stuff... Like owning some of Elvis' barf in a jar or something... lol
That lego ball was crazy though. I had a 5 gallon bucket full of legos when I was younger and THAT WAS GREAT! Imagine having half a million legos at your disposal!? You could make anything you wanted! I always wished I had a machine that would build custom lego pieces, as small or as large as you wanted. How cool would that be?
LEGOS FTW!

Honestly though, there was no way I'd ever have been able to build anything with them, I think all of the instructions get ruined one of the times the garage flooded.

@32 seconds in the video, they state that the myth claimed to use 5 million
@39 seconds, she states that they cleared out america and came out with a little over HALF a MILLION! and also that she seriously doubts that the original myth people were able to come up with 5 million for their video!
mythbusters only used about half a mil.
@1:09 in the vid, he says that it's 160 legos per pound, and their ball was 3,000 pounds. 160 legos times 3,000 lbs = 480,000 legos!
then they weight the legos and find out that 5 million legos would weigh 10 tons! the original myth shows their ball hitting a van, and bounced right off! 10 tons would NOT bounce right off!
