I effing HATE drifters...
You know... the ASSFACES that don't know how to stay in one lane while driving on the hwy...
TWICE today on 101 going into the city a dumb *** pirate wasn't paying attention or just plain can't drive, is drifting into my lane NOT even NOTICING that there is a CAR GAWDAMNIT in that lane ALREADY!!! One was a newer ES300 while the other was, yup you guessed it, a ubiquitous SUV (Mitsu Endeavor I think)... If I hadn't used my horn, they've merged INTO MY FREAKIN LAP!!!
Wake the **** up & drive! LOOK before you change lanes & god forbid you'd ACTUALLY SIGNAL ONCE in your worthless life...
Sorry for the rant. I just hating noticing a large mass approaching from my peripherial vision.

I've noticed that a lot more around here than I did when I lived in Colorado. I haven't been able to do much driving since I moved here, but last weekend I did more than usual and I had way too many close calls. I don't understand what is so difficult about staying between the dotted lines, but when you have a guard rail to your left and a Suburban coming into your lane on the right, it's pretty damn frightening.

I hear ya bro! I've had many similar close call cases myself. However, it would be hyprocritical for me to say I haven't pay attention and drifted and started to feel the turtle bumps against my tires. However, that's when I'm like... "ATTENTION PLEASE! Steer boy steer!"
Usually whenever I see someone on my side mirror or on the side of me, I give them room or I back off and let them pass me in hopes they don't do anything stupid. Also, yes I am a cautious driver and I check blind spots and signal thank you! I hope everyone does the same too!
Yeah though, I know you feel. I guess just be fortunate lady luck is on our side as a stupid mistake didn't lead to a worse situation. *knock on wood*

I couldn't agree with you more, I just saw a guy in a green Ford Taurus other day on 238/ 580 drift right into the center barrier, then kept on driving with out stopping. I'm guessing either he was asleep and hadn't realized that he had hit something, or the car was stolen (but who would want to steal a Ford Taurus.) He's just lucky that it wasn't a person that he hit.

I need to pick up some $500 beater car and wait for this crap to happen. Then I'd be happy to let some ES300 give me a rub. I'd need to get some big *** boat of a car, so I can let him damage every panel of that side of his car. That, and take my $500 junker and box in SUVs that park 10" over the line into other spots.... fold down my sideview mirrow and squeeze within an inch to them. "All I did was park in the middle of my marked parking space... what's the problem?"
