You guys are clearly mistaken.
Ford has already stated that Americans definitely do not want the more modern and European styled cars the sell over there like the Focus and the Mondeo, what Americans really want are cars like the Fusion and the Flex.
Wise, forward thinking choices like this are what keeps Ford such a financially stable company.

I'd rock that RS500 all day even if its FWD!!
I'm not much of a Ford fan, but my opinion of their offerings is starting to turn around. Both V6 and 5.0 2011 Mustangs sound so sweet and I'd be seriously consider it if it had IRS and better bolstered seats. The Fusion looks nice if the chrome grills are painted black or body color match, and they have a trim with V6 and AWD (no 6MT though). The Taurus SHO is a damn nice boat, errr full-sized sedan.
The new Ford Edge looks nice too, but I'm not an SUV person.
I think Ford should bring a sporty turbo'd Focus hatch, and possibly take a chunk of the GTi sales?

Ford is finally listening to reason and will be offering their Euro-offerings here in the next couple of years. The next Focus we get will be the European designed Focus and there are rumors that we will also get a version of the Mondeo which has one numerous awards in Europe. Hopefully this trend will continue and Ford will give us the products that the rest of the world has been enjoying for years.

A Scion tC front end, with a Euro Ford Focus rear. I think I'll pass on this one, good thing there's only 500.
The matte black is what's making it look good.
