It takes a while for google to inspect the whole website and take it off their ban list.
This same thing happened to my flash photo galleries for my website, took a while to get fixed. Each time I told google I cleaned up the infection, they found a new part of my site that was infected. Ended up having to delete all my galleries and starting from scratch.
