Actually, to think about it... I have connection to get some Celestica Itanium 2P servers for about $800! 
But I think those are Itanium not Itanium 2. You can always upgrade to Itanium 2. 
(~$2000 a piece)

I think this is the one http://www.celestica.com/products/YA210.asp I have to check with my 'connection' to see which one actually comes with the deal... I think it's Itanium, but the site says Itanium 2.
