Lately there has been a lot of complaining about members who post things about other people, and a lot of negativity surrounding local automotive shops. It's too bad really. Everyone has a right to voice there opinion of course. I just hope that this site, which is heavily supported by Bay Area folks, doesn't turn into a forum for a bunch of drama queens. If we're going to come together online and rally around the cars we love, lets do it in a positive way when possible. Everyone can complain, few people take part in creating something positive.

That's normal. If people want to speak, we let them. It was never a problem and will never become one. It will only become a problem, if I start stop people from speaking their mind.

As long as its normal thats cool. You guys have been around much longer than me. I just dont like the shop-wars thing especially. Moderators do a pretty good job of running things as far as I've seen, and free speach is bomb too. Just trying to encourage people to think positively.
Well, a while back there were some underminings and a bunch of drama. I only see it continuing as the community grows. Some people on this board are cool, others need to stop thinking they're above everyone else. Most of the Subie members I meet with at different Nor Cal locations are pretty awesome though. Hence why I always go back.

i kind of agree with balanz...this regional forum is fraught with drama. the only thing i disagree on is that the drama has always been here and is not a recent trend. LOL.
stick around and another "series" will come up...

I completely agree! I hate drama, but I haven't really noticed too much of that around here. Could you find some examples to help us know more about what your talking about?
