don't worry it'll be fine, you'll just be able to drift the corners a little easier

So, i just got off the phone with my closest "rally" buddy Mike. And he says he really is looking forward to the rally too. He also drives a Mini Copper S and is a master at cornering. He'll in taks with his wife and co-pilot about if she's into doing it. So it's still not 100% but i'll fing out in a day or two.

OK, so I'm planning on doing the last pre check this weekend, that means that will be my last chance to add controls, so I do have to close registration probably Friday as far as rally participants, so if your name isn't on the list and you want to run, either post here or e-mail me at psoper@therallyeclub.org and let me know.

I will be sending out general instructions this weekend to those of you that have signed up.

.....just who are these mini cooper drivers? you guys might have some serious competition!....

I'm actually somewhat surprised at the growing interest, but I'm kind of afraid that I have to cut off entries at 10 simply for the logistics.

But I will gladly organize this style and more "open" format drives again in the future, so stay tuned.

by the way. Our last run / work rally up north was the best and i gave out great co-pilot notes. When we were up at the campground you (pete) asked me for some paper. Thinking it was a Leo emergency i passed you my pace notes. I totally forgot to get them back and have been jonesing for them ever since. Is there any possability that you still have one extra. I would help me to found thoughs roads on my own some time down the line.

thanks
