I use to work at a skateboard shop, it's only like 5 bucks and you get 9"x32" (width/length) due to that being the general size that will fit most boards. It's also not the same as the 3M stuff. It's not made to be sand paper but "grip tape" for the shoes.. hence the name "grip tape"
well even if it was sandpaper, last time i checked sandpaper wasnt that slippery lol

i didnt mean sandpaper, i meant grippy paper with adhesive on the back, 3m is good S***.

You need grip for various things other than skateboards, like industrial wet areas, public diving boards etc.

but for $5 thats pretty good, but if youre doing a big area then buy a huge roll of 3M

i wouldnt suggest any type of skate griptape. Im guessing you dont skate, but grip tape can become less grippy once dirt and crap gets on it.

you need like 60 grit grip tape. where skate grip is like 120? i dunno

or maybe 1 grit where there is 1 rock every few inches LOL

i might as well cut a hole in the floor board and slow the car down with my feet too then

does it really get that much less grippy? like worse than wet shoes on paint? the car will probably never see water again, its a dedicated track car. i just need somewhere to step when getting into the vehicle

thats why they use diamond plate, since its easy to clean and somewhat grippy

how about expanded metal? (harder to clean)

mainly those black dotted ones at 9 and 1 oclock
