I have sent ed a pm asking him to contact me directly and hopefully we can end up in an agreement that will satisfy both of our views.

BTW: i-club is a very small community, mostly consists of the Greater Bay Area....nobody gives a crap about you, me, Herbert v. Landou, or Ed.

Do yourself a favor, it's a beatiful day outside...turn off the computer and go for a walk, clear your head. Remember, i-club is nothing, you are nothing, we all are nothing....we're all just a grain of sand on a very large beach, sometimes it's best just to enjoy the breeze.

last i checked school was for learning and message boards were for communicating with others, a medium of sorts if you will. I will keep this short as not to start a flame war with you.

Ed is operating an illegal buisness in violation of several country, city, state, and federal laws. I am still uncertain if i am going to pursue this, i would rather not do anything like that as it could get very bad. All i ask is that Ed contact me and we work this out properly. I am even offering to buy his damn buisness license at this point in the city of davis just so he has one and can get down the path of operating a REAL BUISNESS.

But what ever, keep hating on me its all good.

And nothing anyone says, including my self will change the FACTS, all i was doing was asking ed to come forward and set me straight. Be it by telling me where to look, or by coming clean. If he would have told me nah man i dont have one, didnt know i needed one i would have gone out of my damn way to help his *** out. Instead he resorts to talking MAD FECES about me to VARIOUS people (my self included). Then everyone wonders why i push harder and harder and harder until someone breaks. At this point half of me wants to finish this off the legal way, the other half wants to help the kid out (if he will take it).

So i guess we will see what happens when and if he responds to my pm's.

and if you get thrown off by a few *********'s you really need to grow up. Think of it as my way of filtering out people. Those who get turned off by it and ignore it, good i dont want to communicate with people who would be that easily "turned off" in the first place.

I agree with Noah. I think what Dre did was disrespectful. Typically we all know him as a nice guy whos opinions don't always fly with the rest of us. However, that would be in regards to pilitics and random useless, but mostly funny or simply put amusing things. This time around, Dre went on a witch hunt for no appearant reason other than "hurt" Ed.

Ed and I do not look eye to eye on things, but that doesn't mean that I am "cool" with people publically threatening him like that. The guy is trying to start a business. Most i-Club vendors became what they are today by starting small out of their garages and now look at them. I am not going to name names and point fingers. The bottom line is, it is ultimately up to me whom I allow to be a vendor on this site and up to the members do decided whether to do business with this or that person.

If Dre had his car tuned by Ed and was deceived by Ed thinking that Ed is actually as big and mighty as HKS is for example, then I would understand Dre's frustrations and motives. But that did not happen. Seems like there is more to that story and I don't want i-Club being used a battleground for those 2. And I don't want i-Club's members exposed to those kinds of treatments of one member/vendor by another. And, I don't want to scare any current or potential vendor by Dre's witchhunts. Finally, I don't wanna waste my personal time dealing with drama bull****, when I can be doing things to make an i-Club a better place.

The moral of the story...

Ed -- Get a business licence.
Dre -- If I need your help "exposing" vendors I will let you know.
Noah -- Thanks for your input. It means a ton to me.

not weird of me at all, you just dont know me very well im am FIERCLY competitive, and i wont stop until i win or un able to compete. Its my damn nature, that is what makes me good at what i do for a living.

Some times i just need to put it in check a little what ever this got blown way the **** out of proportion by people jumping in when they shouldnt have, and my responses to them.

so again sorry for all the people who got sand in their **** about this (lic, and the other vendors who evidently didnt like the fact that ED wouldnt answer my questions, or maybe the fact that people can ask such questions, or maybe the retards who kept fanning the flames with their idiocy).

i dont think ed would screw up a tune, he doesnt seem like the type. I know he is a good guy, just that he apparently LIED to all of us about his status. That and well he has done some rather dumb stuff behind the scenes which we dont need to air out in the open (for the sake of this not falling back into what it once was).

There is no which hunt here, never was never will be. Just me asking him to back up one the claims he made in one of his posts. And i finally said you know what this dude is talking a gang of ish and im going to see if he checks out. Just so happens he didnt, and i wanted to give him a chance to explain why he didnt. Then all of a sudden every little fan boi jumps in and acts like im beating up the school retard or something and a simple question turns into a "witch hunt". If this was a witch hunt and i was hunting i would have me some dead witches....

I still dont see what ANY LEGALLY RUN BUISNESS has to fear about asking for the location of where their buisness license is. Or inquiring about if the buisness is legitimate or not. Hey what do i know, so much for buyer beware...

And ED i am serious about lending my hand to help you out if you have questions, i may not be all knowing but i am pretty handy with finding information.

That's my point. In this case you are the filter that filters visitors and members of MY site. Did I ask you to filter people out for me? Who should be responsible for the lost members that for example just signed up and instead of seeing tons of posts about turbo's and drag racing, saw your posts? I know I would get turned off and go else where. Or some big vendor who was browsing the site and saw what you were doing without knowing your "motives"? He would run away from i-Club as a cat from a buring building... Or what about old members that were here way before you even considered buying a Subaru. Or what about those vendors who actually DID start like Ed...

I mean after all, do you really give a damn about anyone else? Sure you can say you are trying to protect others. Others did not ask for your protection. If they choose to get tuned by a "guy" with a "road dyno" and "pay him" let them. People ain't stupid. Well most of them aren't, haha. I cannot stop Ed from doing what he was doing. I give him props for starting tuning. And, to be fair, he became a vendor.

He did tell me he had a business licence, as it is a requirement for i-Club vendors, so until he gets that, I will have to suspend his vendor account.

Other than that, it's not a big deal. It was made into one.

I did the same mistake Dre did before with the whole DPT thing. I went after Davon. However, there was more to it, as I was personally attacked by him, which was caused by something that I said about him. In any event, I can see both sides of this. I was man enough to make **** right with Davon. Dre is appologizing here, so props to him. It would mean more if he was not as sarcastic as he "sounds" to be, but hey, it might be just my way of interpreting his posts.
