yeah what happened in the first place??

 

driving home... ticking sound... got loud.. checked oil, bone dry, added 4qts, still ticking.. took it to dealership.. said it was 2-3qts overfilled, and upon taking apart the block, piston #4 shot, and rod bearing shot.

uncertain rite now if warranty will still cover.... we shall see in the next week.

thats a random thing to have go wrong from being one quart down


ive seen cars on less oil still rolling and not spun a bearing
