okay guys,

It's your event, show us the $ or it will be history.

We will need the money asap, by Sept2 if possible.
We have not reserve the date yet, if we don't move on it, then it will be gone.

We need $, so would the following and any other person interested in going to the Hypermeet have the $ 170+ $10 hot lunch =$180

4. PM me for pickup.

Fee not refundable once we put the deposit in to Thunderhill, but your spots can be transfer to someone else.

Bump.

Here's the deal all. We need 30 people to front the registration fee for the event. This will go toward the deposit for the track. If you are serious about doing this event, you need to show us the money. We are trying to weed out the serious folks.

For any vendors that are interested in sponsoring the event, drop me a line. I'll let the organizers know.

If we don't get 30 people total, the event is history and there will be no track day.

What if there isn't enough people who sign up/pay and the event does get canceled?
I just don't want to pay a $180 "non-refundable" fee and not be able to go to the event?
In this case I'm sure it will be refunded. correct?
If so I will talk to my friend and we'll send in the $360 up front

Info in the first post. If the event is cancelled, and you sent your money in, it is refunded.

No problem. Best thing to do is to just pay the organizer directly. If you want to get in contact with Wilson, drop me a PM and I'll give you his email.
