No seriously, I wasn't driving fast at all. I take HWY4 to work, so there is nowhere I could drive fast if I wanted to. That's just how bad these dunlops are in the rain. The dunlops I used to have on my VW Corrado had the same problem. Dunlops no likey heavy rain.

Every puddle I hit jerked the car around on the 92's. The tires just suck year round. I had to stay on the gas since I was going up hill and it actually helped the car recover from going all the way sideways. Just do not stomp on the brakes and slow down! I also noticed alot of brake issues where it feels like the car would not stop. Same issue when you hit tiny bumps.

You guys must be ham-fisted or something because I didn't have one problem with my BFG KD's in the torrential downpour I drove through sunday night to get down to buttonwillow and also all the rain I drove through today on the way to work.
KD's are basically dry tires only. How come I didn't have a problem with them in the wet?

I just ordered Pirelli PZero Neros for my new (to me) 17" rotas. My stock RE92's with 19K miles did so so today driving over hwy17 from SJ to SV. Hydroplaned many times, but the highway gets sheets of slick spots so its kind of scary at times. =x
