Samoa dragstrip is ridiculous.... Street legal drags and I got one run in against a vette.....went for run two against a VW corrado and the starter let two little toy dragsters go ahead of us when we were next up and then closed the track because it was "raining." It was just fog!! ridiculous!! I called the starter on it I was like you let those two toy dragsters cut in front of us then you close the track? thats bull**** this is a street legal drag! they arent even street legal! He said I had to let them go ahead of you they are NHRA....what kinda BS is that? Insult to injury it was a test and tune day that they could have been in all day! No wonder so many people race on the streets!

 

Dates for the last autocross' of the year:

# August 14th & 15th Points Events
# September 18th & 19th Points Events
# October 16th & 17th Points Events

Can we all pick one of these and make a large subaru presence? Can u come down from CC Ryan?

 

I can most likely make September or October. The sooner we pick a date the better! August is probably a no-go.

 

I might be able to make one of those dates, but I will bring the Red Rocket. I don't want to embarrass myself in the WRX lol.

 

Whats the red rocket? and if you think you will embarrass yourself in your wrx let me drive it.....you might learn a thing or two!

Awesome! I will try my best to come down! Its rediculous that they havent even purchased the replacement parts yet! oh but atleast I am getting brand new hotbits struts all around so Im happy with that atleast. But anywho Its been over a month and I have no idea how long its going to go on till I can get my car back. Ill keep you guys posted though.

Trunk lid is tempting but it probably has the holes in it already.

 

Pulled a copy of my stock ECU for modification, and started running 91 octane this week. The car runs better already. Cant wait for my tune!

It's a little dead around here

 

so auto cross this weekend right....is anyone going to show up? i thing i might go....have never been.

 

I need to double check my calendars when I get back up there tomorrow. If I don't have other commitments I'll roll out.
