Hey, I just wanted to see if any of you here may be Human Resouce managers, or at least work in the HR feild. I am doing a rather extensive term paper, and if I could ask any of you that work in the HR field some real quick questions that would be greatly apprecated. I am mostly interested in what EAPs (employee assistance programs) you guys implemented and what steps you took to insure the highest participation rates possible. i did an overview of EAP's and employee retention strategies to mgmt a few years back at my last job...i'm not in HR though. i can point you to a few HR managers and an executive headhunter!
