Posting this again incase some didnt see...
I just called the HP Small and Medium business sales number to ask about my order..before they connected me to someone the answering machine said:
"If you ordered a HP Touchpad prior to Monday, August 22nd 4 PM Central at the discounted price, then you will receive the discounted price and free shipping. If you ordered after that time, then your order will be canceled. We are trying to process orders as fast as possible and you will receive a confirmation letter in the next 72 hours."
