22, and i pay all my bills, and even some that I should not be paying (helping take care of grandma, cause she has three bum kids and one good one). I have never had anything handed to me, anything i want i have earned, all in all i think i have done well for myself.

30 here. I was paying my own rent and bills when I was 17. My pops has never bought me anything more expensive than a pair of shoes. If I could live at home for two years, I would be able to buy a house fairly easily but the commute to/from the Big Island would kill.
