Question How much did you pay to powder coat??

Wondering how much people have paid to powder coat wheels. How much did you pay and were did you get them done?

I believe ~200 is what most shops charge. I have a personal hookup for $120. This is talking about rims ofcourse.

Damn.. I paid $400 at powdercoat-it in Sac. That was for 4 wheels. Who will do it for $200? Assuming that also includes blasting to remove the prior paint?

dude, my friend went to Powdercoat- it and they told him $375 for 18x9.5 Rota Torque. He went to APC in Citrus heights and they charged him $180.

I was under the impression it was ~200. Guess I was wrong. The hookup I have is from a body shop that we trade work with and they have a guy in livermore do the powdercoating for them.

Ive been getting quotes, 140-200 if the rims are unmounted

i paid 300 for bead blast and powder coat from "powder coat it" off diablo rd. But i am also friends with "APC" owner Tim hes a great guy and does great work.

Spray Technology has a deal going on for $300 for a set of 4 rims, bead blasting included in black or white. If you want to pay a bit more, they will do custom colors. Only good until the end of the month.
