Hello n00b,

This is the 9th annual meet, and in case you don't know what "annual" means, it means that it's a yearly meet that has happened 9 times.

Quite a few times cops have showed up at the meet just to make sure that everyone is safe, etc, then they leave.

We do everything legally and we're responsible members of this club, so everyone obeys the speed limits and we don't drive like idiots. Every year someone does something stupid, but they usually don't belong to our club and are just trying to show off.

In all the years of this event, NEVER has a cop ticketed anyone for mods or even lic plates. The cops understand that we're there to have a good time and bbq, etc... WE ARE NOT THERE TO RACE AND BE RICERS!

I don't know where you come from, but here on i-club we're mostly all adults, or at least act like it when we meet in real life.

We actually invite police officers to show up to make sure no one does anything stupid to ruin it for the rest of us. I want a cop or two to show up and wait in the parking lot so that no one does donuts, or peels out, etc. I know our members don't do that kind of stuff, so that if anyone does do it, it will be someone from a different club that decided to tag along and crash our party. I WANT those people to get ticketed.

We have a really good relationship with law enforcement, and like I said, they come out almost every year to make sure everything goes smoothly. They understand that we want this event to be a MATURE bbq/meet where adults meet up and eat, enjoy activities, talk, and have a great time. They know we're not there to do burn outs, donuts, or endanger anyone's lives.

If you have any intention of being irresponsible at this meet, you are NOT welcome and I will see to it that you are handled by a law enforcement officer.

People bring their kids, dogs, and other family members... There is NO PLACE for any reckless behavior. People can vouch from past experiences at how much we frown on irresponsible and reckless behavior.

Yep, he's a classic troll, here for nothing other then causing trouble/trolling.

We used to get a lot of these guys back in the day, but it's been a while since I've seen one lurking in BAIC.

If his next post is troll related, ban his ***.

Someone (usually on an alternate account) who intentionally 'stirs the pot' for no reason other than to get a reaction of people. They add nothing constructive to any thread they post in.

 

so i read through the whole thread and just for clarity because it still seems up in the air...its being called the Hammy meet but Northbay won the poll right?! so where are we having it?? i must have missed the memo!

we are rollin like 10+cars from coco so i just wanted to make sure we got it right and can plan accordingly...thanks fellas

last year was really fun & chill, so noobs shouldnt be too worried about this years i had to use that smiley!
