I do mostly BBQ and Grilling, I have done a few semi-pro competitions, and have of course my own secret marinade that has taken me 5 years to perfect. I typically do the cooking at parties of 30-50, my standard is a bourbon herb Tri-tip(socal style)...but I am no slouch in the kitchen, I just feel more at home in front of a grill.

Pretty much you give me a cut of meat, and I will bring it to you exactly as you asked, and yes...that includes blue rare (took me many many years to perfect that one)

I actually do most of the cooking in my house. I really enjoy working with my hands, whether it be in the kitchen, garage or back yard. In fact last week I was baking bread and building a fence at the same time.

But as for cooking i love to cook and well after hearing of what he would make i never let him cook I would rather he clean up haha.

That's the way to do it. I cook, he cleans. My bf is one of those guys that doesn't mind doing dishes...love that. He even washes the pot/pan or whatever was used to cook the food before we eat. He can work the BBQ though...I'll just marinade the meat.

I voted 2, but I'm more of a 1.5. I'm not a culinary master, but I do more than whats needed to get me by. However, living alone and being single "I cook when I have to" means breakfast, lunch, and most dinners

Packaged stuff is easy. I used to BBQ all the time, but I've been without a BBQ forever now as I haven't had one since I moved out of the house I used to live in and moved in to an apartment.

I can make stuff from scratch, like crepes & hash browns (not that hash browns are hard at all, but they are very tasty).

I love to bake though. I've honestly done that for years. I am still working on not screwing up Fudge though and need to learn some of the fancier items to baking but the basics like cookies, cakes, brownies are quite easy.

Oh and can't forget the crock-pot. That's one of the best things. Just toss in all the ingredients and let it cook for you. Meats come out so tender you can pull them apart with a fork.
