My fiance loves my car. Maybe the feeling of being in the passenger seat while taking a trip up 84 to Alice's for lunch is somewhat magical, or special, in someway.

Indeed - this is the way mine feels about my cars as well. She could care less about the car itself, and wouldn't elect to drive a WRX or Z herself, but is happy that it makes me happy.
