I wasn't referring to you, I was talking about the people that post it in just about every thread... If someone makes a small mistake, its "BAN!!"... WTF mate? Me and you talked about this during lunch... When what's his name left because people jumped on the ban bandwagon.

I think it's sad how there are so many Sonoma County members, and yet so few actually post/read often, or go to local meets. I wonder what the actual member count is of registered users who's location falls within So. County.

Lets put it this way: The little kids on NASIOC think its funny, because of that fact alone it is automatically NOT funny.

Seriously, you have no idea how many complaints I get from users because people get mad when other users want them banned. Its really hard to detect sarcasm online and some folks take it personally. With that being said, lets please not be like NASIOC. If you want, we can actually start banning people like NASIOC does too! We try NOT to ban people unless they go way beyond breaking the rules. We use the points system, and if you get enough points you are banned for 1 day, sort of a time out if you will... NASIOC doesn't even bother with points anymore, they just ban you for little or no reason.

howver i do agree, i see all this people with location sonoma, novato, RP, Santa rosa but dont come out.

 

I have been to Eastbay and South Bay meets, back in the day. There weren't too many subies here then. I used to live in So Cal also. For a majority of my college career. I used to go to South Coast Subaru Meets all the time.

So when is the next brewpub meet? Haven't seen any of those going on for quite some time. Remember the old days, where we chose a brew pub - Russian River, Third St. Ale Works, Bear Republic, Sebastopol Brewing Co., etc. for a once a month meet?
