i cant get the cap open.. what do i do ? can some one demonstrate on how to change the headlights ? HELP

the caps not turning ... very tightly sealed.. any other suggestions ?

It is s righty tighty lefty loosey game. Take the air duct off and the battery out so you can get a better grip. Or try a flat tip screw driver and wedge it on those little tangs on the cap give it a shove. Comprende? If thinks thats hard wait til you have to put the bulb in. I agree the headlight are a PITA
Oh yeah, the Green and blck wire for the prking light is wedged in there pull that from around the cap too.

You just have to fight with it for awhile, mine caps were stuck on too but you just got to put your back into it! As for my opinions on the bulb, I was very satisfied.

 

If you're talking about the 50 dollar super white lights, I have them and they suck. I would either stay stock or do an actual HID conversion.
