Wow, I used to live in that area (off of Claremont Ave.). I remember that there was always cars broken into in my lot, but luckily, nothing ever happened to mine. I firmly believe it was because of the cover that was on it religiously.

When I was going to Cal Poly Pomona, freshman year rollin through the parking lots in the middle of the day I saw a shady Black tinted Escalade. 4 hours later came out of a class and 4 black guys, handcuffs, trunk open with 5 or 6 honda cats chillin.

Platinum grill maybe?

My dad frequently leaves his beater MR2 unlocked on the street. Just the other day someone broke in (?) and stole the BROKEN flea market amplifier. Fortunately he or she left the subwoofer and fake-o recaros. So yes, the times are changing, now he locks his car.

I got it worked out, got a new window in the STI and got a cat in the truck now..... but that's $400 that could've been better spent elsewhere

Angry Theft Prevention

I recently had to purchase a CatClamp to protect my catalytic converter on my truck. I don't think they will be stealing my cat anytme soon...just sucks that our country has come to this sad state.
