I sold an HKS US-spec turbo timer ( i think it's type 1) a few months ago and just found the instructions to it. Instructions are in english and were pretty well written. If you want a copy, let me know and you can come pick one up. Just pay me for the photocopies which is going to be about a dollar for all the pages.
It has instructions for operation and wiring diagrams.
