Hit-girl

File this under my ever-growing list of "not sure if it's awesome or sucks".

With Nick Cage in the cast, I'm leaning towards suck.

Somehow... I feel like a lawsuit is going to come up making a girl that young with foul language as something awesome...

The graphics look cool, more gruesome then I'd imagine with a little girl... and if she says the F bomb more than once... it's Rated R =P.

Oh and one of the downsides to this cool killing thriller is no sex, she's underage. Boo.

Go James Bond.

Seems like an Equilibrium gun-kata rip-off, with a little girl playing the role of Christian Bale. WEAK.

If the keep the tongue-in-cheek humor, could be win.

Reminded me of "Gunslinger Girl" right off the bat though

It reminds me of an anime I just watched on Hulu called Kite:Liberator.

A teenage assassin is cleaning up the grimy streets of Tokyo. The police call her the Angel of Death.

remember seeing another trailer for it a while back. there is supposed to be a bunch of kid super-heroes, hit-girl is just one of them. you have to respect the over-the-top violence part of it. they could have easily left it out, made it pg-13, and brought in a much wider audience. i won't watch it in a theater b/c i just don't go very often to begin with, but i'll more than likely netflix it.

and sure it looks like a bunch of movies that have already been made, but so is 'dances with smurfs' and people can't stop raving about that ****.

I remember those ads too. I don't remember them being this over the top though. Nicholas Cage's character seems hella weird and lame. I give it a meh, good for a download just to see it.

nicholas cage is the same guy in every movie.

the movie looks like pure failure. wapakman has more production value.

and that's saying a lot.
