Hey photochop geeks!
Ok, how do I get the stretch effect? Like this on here...from Subydude.com...I am using 7.0

It's not photoshop, it's html code. The top of the page is consisted of 3 images in a table. 2 images on each end and a background image for the cell in middle of the table which makes it stretch.

Now I feel dumb...that went right over my head. So you are telling me that HTML is stretching the image??? How so...by placing a placeholder larger than the actual image? I don't know...you lost me!

The Photoshop solution to create a "stretched" image would be to use the Free Transform feature. Usually its used for correcting lens distortion errors created when using wide angle lenses but it'll work for you purposes as well. Note that you will probably have to resize the canvas (not the image the canvas) to make new space for your stretched masterpiece. Cheers, Joe

It doesn't stretch it, but tiles the image within the cell. So it doesn't waste much space having a sized image for a cell. Just make like a 1x40 image and have it used for the background image so it will be tiled as necessary. Sorry for any confusion heh.
