Hey Lakers Fans..
Even though I'm a Lakers fan, I wouldn't mind if they lost because I hate Karl Malone.
I want him 2 bust a Charles Barkley and retire w/o a ring.
I think Chris Webber is just getting used to being sober again...And as much as I hate Stoyaka*****, he's doing pretty damn good this year.
I want it to be Wolves vs. Pistons, but I'll doubt that'll happen.

That's like the most hilarious thing I've heard all night long! However, I think it's also cause it's like 3 in the morning and I haven't slept in hours so that causes me to laugh at everything and become superbly hyper. I call it "LNS" for "Late Night Syndrome" and oh yeah... GO SHARKS!
(I gave up watching basketball pratically after Jordan retired as a bull the 2nd time... and no, not as a Wizard)

ok ok ok .... just no more references to Queens and Fakers. it comes down to this:
the Kings have perenially choked in crunch time
the Lakers are so deep in talent... so deep in fact that they play like a disjointed Olympic team with way too much infighting. And, Phil's nog champa burning a$$ is no better than Adelman (at this stage in their respective careers)
I personally want to see these two teams go at it in the playoffs. i want the Kings to make up for Game 7 a few years back, and i want to see Rick Fox get taken down (again) by the scrapper that is Doug Christie

p.s. it was a good game today by the Kings, but Floppy Divac spends more time on his back than Paris Hilton!

kings fans are a bunch of punks. I'm not saying I'm a fan of anybody...just pointing that out.
I mean Chris Webber is the reason the Kings got good in the first place. He is there best player. He's coming back from injury and some court issues from when he was a CHILD and he gets boo'd everytime he doesn't jump over someone and dunk on them or barry a jumper in their grill or what not. i mean the guy is trying to play back into shape. Kings no they made the playoffs. Who cares if they loose a couple of games getting used to playing together again and getting webber into shape. In the long run....no webber....no playoff success.
It's completely rediculous...lets boo a guy who's busting his *** to help the team and stayed in remarkable shape while not playing.
Take laker fans. Dude is up on rape charges. Had a couple of injuries and has had some clearly bad games...but he still gets tons of support.
If some 8/9 guy comes off the bench injured the crowd loves him but because it's webber...their best player he gets boo'd. **** that. If I was him I'd get the hell out of sacramento.
Personally I think that kobe was pissed because some guys on the team were calling him a ball hog and he just showed them what happens when he doesn't shoot. And the kings did a good job getting shaq in foul trouble. With the ever effective flop queen. I hate that bastard. He's a ***** and plays basketball like a punk. Great passer. Good shooter...good basketball player...doesn't need to flop everytime someone touches him.
And lets not forget that just a couple weeks ago sacramento got worked by the lakers.
the west playoffs are gonna be great this year. Tons of good teams that will all play eachother hard.
watch the 4/5 game cause it looks like a lot of teams fighting for the 2-5 possitions.

though i am hardcore into the Kings, youmake some great points. i dont get it with C-Webb... I have been going to games the past few years and the fans seem like they always want to hate on Webber. Some people just wait for him to make a mistake then rail on him, all to often dismissing his depth of game and what he brings to Kings basketball.
Surprisingly enough I also agree with your thoughts about Vlade. The announcers yesterday hit it dead on... why try to artificially draw a foul against Shaq when sound ball will beat your opponent. The flooping has to stop. No need to cry wolf over and over. If the Kings play their game they are unstoppable. Period

Pay heed to the last part of the sentence. Phil is one of the greatest coaches of all time. Who could doubt that? But, in the present they are on the same level

dub.....I hate floppers...same reason I give no respect to reggie miller. He's from riverside. My cousin knew the guy pretty well.... he is one of the greatest shooters the game has ever seen...especially in the clutch...BUT....BUT...he plays a cheap whiners game. every time he shoots he throws a leg out to draw a foul. He'd nail someone then fall down to draw a foul....I hate people that play a cheap game. Especially when they are good/great players. Why do that when you can play your game and do just as well without being a punk.
I mean i can see certain situations where a good flop can be good. You're getting dominated in the paint by someone and/or are getting beat to crap and no fouls are getting called. A foul can save posession and maybe the game...
as for adelman/phil comparrison. That's not even right. Phil is so far ahead of rick that even on his recent unsuccessful session he is a better coach. Rick has a lot of years and a lot of success to get done before he gets put in that class. Even currently I'd say they are in different classes. Fill is managing a team with 4..FOUR hall of famers on it. And a few really good role players that want and deserve time. He's done a pretty good if not GREAT job this year with Kobe's issues...him being in and out of the line up and missing some chunks of time. Shaq being in and out a lot. At one point not having kobe/shaq or malone. Through all of these changes...a complete change in chemistry he still is managing a season with the same record as the kings..until last night....
Rick has done a great job having lost Webber and bibbie for such large chunks but look at their replacements. Bobbie jackson could start on more than a few teams..he's the best 6th man there is . And Miller. Same deal. Shoot they are finding tons of time for miller even with webber back.
Rick is a good coach. He may one day be great.

Everyone knows that Jordan was the one calling the shots for those teams. Jackson was there to look good and come along for the ride.
Now he goes to the Lakers, with once again, unbelievable talent. I could be the coach and get the same results (yes, I am a monkey in a suit)
