But Redwood City is the OG location, and Santa Cruz has one downtown, but its kinda small. Pretty much all skate shops are closing unless they own their building or are in a crappy area.
You cant beat Bills Wheels in SC. And if its just for transportation, you might wanna check out Purple Skunk in SF...lol yeah kinda not south bay but whatever.
I have this board, it rules. Longboard shape, without the stupid longboard length. I carve S up haha

Don't forget Circle A in downtown SJ. I haven't been there recently, but I went there a couple of times in high school.
I'm always down for a good ditch session.

^yeah, im sick of all the new skateparks with their 45, 90, 180 degree angles everywhere. how boring. Like Sunnyvale, it has lines, but no flow unless youre super good. And the bowl section is cool, but again, im not that good to hit vert.
I like Greer, Derby etc.
Santa Cruz is pretty cool, true old school pools. but thats it, since the tech section is pretty bland.
I love Scotts Valley's park. Everything Sunnyvale wishes it wouldve been. I think what ruined Sunnyvales design was the roll in banks that surround 80% of the park. How boring.
